Rais of Tatarstan: Azerbaijan has resolved historical problem

Moscow has recently held a congress of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Russian Federation.

During the event, Rustam Minnikhanov, Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, expressed his admiration for Azerbaijan, Caliber.Az reports via local media.

“We have excellent relations with Azerbaijan, and we rejoice in the achievements of this country," he stated.

Minnikhanov highlighted the respect held for Sheikhulislam Allahshukur Pashazade, Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Office, and praised Azerbaijan’s advancements across various sectors.

“We are impressed with Azerbaijan's achievements in all areas, including the economy, construction, and modernization. You have resolved a historical problem; the lands that were liberated from occupation are now free. The victory of the people of Azerbaijan, led by President Ilham Aliyev, signifies that the country is experiencing significant growth, and we are sincerely pleased with our cooperation,” he remarked.
