Russian Kalashnikov unveils limited edition Izh motorcycles for collectors

Russian defence concern Kalashnikov has announced the launch of a special limited batch of motorcycles under the iconic Izh brand, catering to collectors and enthusiasts of two-wheeled vehicles.

This announcement was made by the company's press service.

The limited series will feature historical replicas of classic Izh models, originally produced at the Izhevsk Machine Building Plant, now known as Concern Kalashnikov, from 1951 to 1990. Among the offerings are an electric Café Racer designed for swift travel over short distances, and a robust "Izh" heavy motorcycle tailored for the government's "Cortege" project.

Additionally, modifications of the Pulsar electric motorcycle are also slated for production.

Alan Lushnikov, President of Kalashnikov Concern, emphasized the company's commitment to revitalizing the domestic motorcycle industry and implementing cutting-edge solutions in motorcycle construction.

He highlighted Kalashnikov's extensive experience in developing models under the historic Izh brand, backed by a modern production facility and a team of skilled design engineers, technologists, and designers.
