Spanish top lawmaker highlights bilateral cooperation during Baku visit
Spain and Azerbaijan conducted an open and constructive dialogue focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation and addressing contemporary global challenges, said Francina Armengol Socias, Speaker of the Congress of Deputies of Spain.
Following her meeting with Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov in Baku, Francina Armengol Socias, made a post on her X account, Caliber.Az reports per local media.
According to her, during the talks, the two officials exchanged views on the international situation and emphasized the need to enhance institutional cooperation amid a complex and evolving global environment.
Armengol Socias described the discussions as “an open and constructive dialogue, focused on issues of stability, cooperation between the two countries, and the importance of multilateralism as an indispensable tool for developing joint responses to the main challenges we face.”
