Trump shares US congressman's article on visit to Azerbaijan

U.S. President Donald Trump has shared on his Truth Social platform an article by Representative Abraham Hamadeh highlighting Azerbaijan's strategic importance and calling for stronger U.S. engagement with the South Caucasus nation.

The article, titled "America First Has Never Meant America Alone," was published by Newsmax and reflects on Hamadeh's recent visit to Azerbaijan, where he met President Ilham Aliyev.

During the June 17 meeting in Baku, Aliyev and Hamadeh discussed strengthening Azerbaijan-U.S. strategic ties, institutionalising bilateral cooperation through a strategic partnership framework, and expanding collaboration in energy, security, regional connectivity, and peace efforts.
