Turkish Army receives multi-caliber sniper rifle VIDEO

The multi-caliber sniper rifle KN-12 of variable caliber, produced at domestic enterprises, entered service with the Ground Forces.

The Ministry of National Defense of Turkey announced this on its Twitter page, according to Caliber.Az. 

The KN-12 sniper rifle can use 7.62mm and 8.59mm rounds.

The weight of the rifle is 7.2 kg, and the barrel length is 1 m.

The KN-12 rifle has two magazines: five rounds of 8.59 mm caliber and 10 rounds of 7.62 mm caliber.

Firing range - 1500 m.

“We congratulate all our colleagues who have invested their efforts in the production of the KN-12, which is important for the Turkish Armed Forces,” the message says.
