Turkish FM blasts Charlie Hebdo for publishing Erdogan cartoon
Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu has sharply criticized another scandalous publication of the French magazine Charlie Hebdo against President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
He made the remarks on his Twitter page on May 17, Caliber.Az reports.
"Far from the concepts of humanism, Charlie Hebdo continues to insult the Turkish people. Do not forget that those who encourage evil, eventually drown in their own hatred. Unable to overpower the Turkish people's will and desire for freedom, they resort to all sorts of tricks in desperation," Cavusoglu wrote.
The May 17 cover of Charlie Hebdo magazine features a scandalous caricature of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
