Turkish military band stages special Armed Forces Day concert in Azerbaijan PHOTO

Turkish Armed Forces Armoni Band, currently on an official visit to Azerbaijan, performed a concert on the occasion of Azerbaijan's Armed Forces Day.

The concert was held at the Heydar Aliyev Military Institute, Caliber.Az reports, citing Azerbaijan's Defence Ministry.

The event opened with a minute of silence in memory of national leaders Heydar Aliyev and Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, as well as the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the independence and territorial integrity of the two brotherly nations.

The ceremony featured performances of the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Türkiye's "Istiglal" March, accompanied by the military band.

The concert program included military-patriotic songs, a selection of military marches, and modern and classical musical works by prominent Azerbaijani, Turkish, and international composers.
