Türkiye hosts OTS topography committees’ inaugural meeting

The inaugural meeting of the heads of topography committees from member nations of the Organisation of Turkic States (OTS) has got underway in Türkiye.

The event is hosted by the Turkish Ministry of National Defence and features representatives from national military mapping agencies of both member and observer countries, Caliber.Az reports.

Notable attendees include Sadi Jafarov, Deputy Secretary General of the OTS, and Şuay Alpay, Turkish Deputy Minister of National Defence.

The primary aim of the gathering is to enhance cooperation in the field of topography and to discuss potential joint projects that could benefit the member states.
