Ukraine expresses gratitude for WUF13 support in Azerbaijan

Ukraine’s Deputy Prime Minister Oleksii Kuleba has expressed gratitude to Azerbaijan and the organizers of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), held in Baku, for their support and assistance in organizing the Ukrainian pavilion.

Speaking at a press conference in Baku on the sidelines of WUF13, Kuleba thanked the host country and forum organizers for facilitating Ukraine’s participation, Caliber.Az reports per local media.

“I would like to express sincere gratitude to the organizers of the forum and the Republic of Azerbaijan. It was wonderful. Baku, thank you very much for supporting Ukraine. And of course, I would like to personally thank everyone who helped create the Ukrainian pavilion,” he said.

Kuleba noted that Ukraine’s participation in WUF13 marked a historic milestone, as it was the first time the country had presented a national pavilion at the forum.
