Turkish special services kill one of PKK leaders in Syria

Turkish special services have killed one of the leaders of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) terrorist organisation Mehmet Yildirim in the Sheikh Maqsood area in Syria’s Aleppo city.

According to a source in the security agencies in Ankara, Yildirim, nicknamed Hamza Kobani, was considered the head of the bloody organisation for financial issues in Aleppo and Tell Rifat, according to Anadolu.

Yildirim joined the PKK terrorist organisation in 1986.

He took an active part in organising terrorist attacks in Türkiye, Iraq. He moved to Syria in 2015.
