EU special representative for South Caucasus to visit Yerevan, Baku

The European Union (EU) Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Georgian crisis, Toivo Klaar, will visit Azerbaijan.

"The visit of EU special representative Mr Klaar to Armenia and Azerbaijan is expected this week. The exact date for Baku has not yet been confirmed, but this visit will take place after the trip to Yerevan," the European Union Special Representative's Office told APA.

Klaar said on his Twitter account that he has already departed for Yerevan.

"Takeoff for Yerevan to follow up on high-level EU engagements," the EU diplomat tweeted.
