Kremlin sees no reason for Garabagh Armenians’ departure

Press secretary of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov has said that there are no reasons for the Armenian population of Garabagh to leave their houses.

“No one is to blame for this situation, the main thing is to provide those who left with normal living conditions. It is impossible to talk about who is to blame because there is no direct reason for such actions,” Peskov said at a briefing, Kommersant reports.

“The main thing here is that those who made such a decision should be provided with normal living conditions. That is, we are greatly concerned about the humanitarian aspect,” he added.
