A new resident of Azerbaijan's "Araz Valley Economic Zone" may start operating in July 2023

Chairman of the Economic Zones Development Agency of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Economy Elshad Nuriyev has said that Auto Leasing Azerbaijan LLC, a resident of the Araz Valley Economic Zone industrial park in Jabrayil district, may start activity in July 2023.

“Some 85 per cent of the company’s work has been completed,” he noted, Report informs.

The Auto Leasing Azerbaijan Company was initially established in October 2021 under the “KAMAZ Leasing Azerbaijan” name. Later, the founder of the business, the Russian KAMAZ company, sold it to the founder with Azerbaijani capital.

Rofel Gurbanov, who headed the leasing company under the KAMAZ control, was dismissed while Fakhri Hasanov filled his shoes.
