Azerbaijan’s non-oil exports up 11.4% in first seven months of 2025
Azerbaijan’s non-oil exports reached $2.09 billion in January–July 2025, marking an 11.4% increase compared to the same period last year, according to preliminary data from the Export Review published by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC).
Food exports rose 23.9% year-on-year to $689 million. Among key export categories, sugar shipments grew by $10.9 million, or 55.1%, while fruit and vegetable exports increased by $122.6 million, or 31.9%, Caliber.Az reports.
Chemical industry products climbed by $45.2 million (30.4%), ferrous metals and related products by $8.6 million (19.1%), cotton yarn by $2.6 million (18.2%), and tea by $317,000 (8.8%).,
Agricultural product exports surged 27.9% to $551.4 million, and agro-industrial product exports rose 7.3% to $178.8 million. Combined exports of both categories totaled $730.2 million, up 22.1% from the same period in 2024.
