Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan embarks on official visit to Egypt
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia has embarked on a two-day official visit to Egypt, as announced by the press service of the Armenian Prime Minister.
During his visit, Prime Minister Pashinyan is scheduled to engage in a series of high-level meetings aimed at strengthening bilateral ties between Armenia and Egypt. One of the highlights of his visit includes a private discussion with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, followed by negotiations in an expanded format, Caliber.Az reports.
Additionally, Pashinyan is set to hold meetings with several key figures in Egypt, including Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, Secretary General of the League of Arab States Ahmed Aboul Gheit, and religious leaders such as Pope Theodore II of Alexandria and Patriarch of the See of St. Mark, as well as the Supreme Imam of Al-Azhar, Sheikh Ahmad Muhammad Al-Tayyeb.
Furthermore, Pashinyan's agenda includes a visit to the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, where he is expected to engage with Egyptian businessmen, fostering dialogue and exploring opportunities for economic cooperation between the two countries.
