Azerbaijan seeks cinema sector collaboration with Italy, says culture minister

Culture Minister Adil Karimli expressed Azerbaijan's interest in collaborating with Italy in the cinema sector during a meeting with Giorgio Mulet, Vice-President of the Chamber of Deputies of the Italian Parliament, who is currently visiting Azerbaijan, as reported by Caliber.Az.

Karimli emphasized the strengthening relations between Azerbaijan and Italy in various areas such as the preservation of historical and cultural heritage, architecture, and design. He highlighted Azerbaijan's keenness to partner with Italy in the field of cinema.

In response, Mulet acknowledged Azerbaijan as an important partner for Italy, noting that cooperation between the two countries extends across various spheres.

The meeting also addressed plans for organizing reciprocal theatre tours between the two nations.
