Azerbaijan to establish new enterprises in Aghdam Industrial Park PHOTO

The new production facilities will be established in Azerbaijan’s Aghdam Industrial Park, which is managed by the Economic Zones Development Agency.

Four more business entities became residents in the park, thus the number of residents of the industrial park reached 11, Report informs citing the Economic Zones Development Agency.

Rail Trans Service LLC is implementing a project for the production of automation and remote control systems on a one-hectare area of an industrial park. The various types of railway equipment will be produced as part of the project. Some 45 permanent jobs are planned to be created at the enterprise with an investment value of 5.7 million manats ($3.3 million).

Mister Decor will build a wallpaper factory on a one-hectare area of the industrial park. Some 76 people will be provided with permanent jobs at the enterprise with an investment value of 6.5 million manats ($3.8 million).

Another new resident, Almet Holding, is implementing a project for the production of various types of reinforced concrete products on a one-hectare area. The investment cost of the project is 13 million manats ($7.6 million). Some 100 people will be provided with permanent jobs as part of the project.

El Electric is implementing a project for the production of electrical distribution equipment and electrical sockets.

It is planned to manufacture 10 kV and 35 kV electrical sockets, as well as electrical distribution equipment as part of the project.

Some 30 people will be provided with permanent jobs at the enterprise, the investment value of which is 1.4 million manats ($823,529).

The products are designed not only to meet the demand for the domestic market but also for export.
