Azerbaijani Defence Ministry dismisses Armenia’s ceasefire breach allegations as groundless

The Azerbaijani Defence Ministry has dismissed Armenia's ceasefire breach allegations as groundless.

The Azerbaijani army did not shell Armenian units, the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry told Caliber.Az.

“The information that on May 23 the units of the Azerbaijani army allegedly fired at the units of the Armenian Armed Forces from small arms of various calibres in the direction of the settlement of Gunashli in the Basarkechar region is not true, we strongly refute it,” the ministry said.
