Development of new WB strategy for Azerbaijan discussed

The development of a new World Bank strategy for Azerbaijan has been discussed with the participation of Central Bank of Azerbaijan Chairman Taleh Kazimov.

The chief banker announced this on Twitter on March 13, Caliber.Az reports.

"Today at the World Bank, we met with the executive director of the World Bank division responsible for Azerbaijan, Dominique Favre. At the meeting, we discussed the current state and prospects of cooperation, talked about the work done by the unit in the framework of protecting and supporting the interests and position of our country in the World Bank, exchanged views on the development of the organisation's new strategy for Azerbaijan for the next period and further expansion of the portfolio of projects," he noted.
