Digital ministry intends to provide all of Azerbaijan with broadband internet by 2024

Access to broadband internet services must be available for the promotion of innovation. Azerbaijan has provided broadband Internet to over 500,000 subscribers.

According to APA, the Minister for Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev gave this statement while speaking at the second annual Innovation Summit in Baku, held on December 13 at the Baku Congress Hall.

He noted that this figure was 5 times more than that of the previous five-year period.

Minister Nabiyev added that the goal is to provide all of Azerbaijan with broadband Internet by the end of 2024.
