Erdogan hopes for talks with Putin on grain corridor

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said he would like to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin to discuss the grain corridor.

“When we meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in the near future, we will say: ‘Let’s make the grain corridor work,’” Erdogan told reporters on the plane upon returning from Hungary, Gazeta.ru reports.

The Turkish president noted that he hopes Ankara will receive positive answers from the Russian leader and continue on its way.
