Erdogan: We will defend our country's interests on all platforms PHOTO

The NATO summit in Vilnius played an important role in strengthening the bloc's deterrence potential, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Twitter.

He noted the summit's contribution to the adoption of important decisions in the fight against terrorism, the promotion of Türkiye's membership in the EU, as well as the lifting of anti-Turkish sanctions, Caliber.Az reports.

The head of state expressed hope that Türkiye would consolidate the achievements made in Vilnius.

"We will continue to actively defend the interests and rights of our country on all platforms. We will witness together that every event in the near future will further enhance Türkiye's role, weight, and effectiveness," Erdogan wrote.
