Five steps back: Karabakh Armenians sabotage meetings with Baku's reps Exclusive data obtained by Caliber.Az
Interesting details about the "readiness" of Karabakh Armenians to dialogue with Azerbaijanis have surfaced. According to the information Caliber.Az obtained from reliable sources, the Armenians of Karabakh are deliberately refusing the previously reached agreements.
Thus, on August 5, Azerbaijanis and Armenians agreed to meet in Yevlakh. However, soon representatives of Karabakh Armenians under the imaginary pretext of arresting the war criminal Vagif Khachatryan refused to come to this city and to discuss anything.
Apart from this, there were two more arrangements for a meeting during August. But Karabakh Armenians rejected them as well. The Karabakh Armenians were to be represented at the meeting by a native of Khankendi (it should be reminded that Baku has repeatedly stated that it will conduct dialogue only with local residents and not with various "envoys"), the former "speaker of the parliament" Arthur Tovmasyan, but he refused to contact them at the last moment.
A meeting in Barda or Yevlakh was planned for August 16. It did not take place.
After that new dates - August 29 and 30 - were set for the meeting. Moreover, Baku agreed to meet the Armenians in Agdam so that they would not have to travel long distances. At the very last moment, the Armenians backed out.
What do we have in fact? Representatives of Karabakh Armenians sabotaged 5 (!?) times the previously reached agreements on meetings with representatives of Baku.
What does this tell us? That the true goal of Karabakh Armenians is not dialogue with Azerbaijanis, but artificial prolongation of time.
However, nothing surprising. These "cunning" techniques of Armenians are well known to us and have not surprised us for a long time. As well as their deplorable consequences for the Armenians themselves.
