KazTransOil to raise transit costs for Russian oil to Uzbekistan
Kazakhstan’s state-owned pipeline operator, KazTransOil, will increase the cost of transporting Russian crude through the country to Uzbekistan by 0.4% from March 1.
The transit fee will rise to $28.02 per tonne, while loading oil into railway tankers at the Shagyr terminal will jump by 14%, reaching $0.96 per tonne, Caliber.Az reports via Kazakh media.
Additional price hikes affecting all users include:

Unloading oil from railway tankers at the T. Kasymov pumping station, which will surge by 130% to $1.90 per tonne.

Transfer of oil at T. Kasymov into the Kenkiyak–Atyrau pipeline, which will see a marginal increase of less than 1%, bringing the fee to $0.16 per tonne.

Loading oil into railway tankers at Shagyr, which will rise by 84%, to $1.01 per tonne.
