Kyiv still bans itself from negotiations with Russia, says Kremlin spokesman

Kremlin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said that Kyiv still prohibits itself from negotiations with Russia.

“The Kyiv regime still, by the way, has a ban for itself to conduct any negotiations. We should not forget that it is documentarily forbidden to the President of Ukraine,” he said, Caliber.Az reports, citing Russian media sources.

Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Kyiv was ready to hold direct talks with Moscow, but not with Russian President Vladimir Putin. According to him, the Ukrainian side is ready for a dialogue with Russian representatives if these people have a vision of how to end the conflict.
