Minister sees great potential for Azerbaijani-Israeli agricultural coop. in liberated lands

Today, relations between Azerbaijan and Israel are at a very high level and there is great potential for the development of mutual cooperation in the field of agriculture, said the Minister of Agriculture of Azerbaijan, Inam Kerimov.

“The territories liberated from occupation have wide agricultural potential. The liberated lands have been declared green energy zones. The development of rural and urban areas in these areas will be based on the smart city and smart village concepts, and we will contribute to FAO's 1000 Digital Villages initiative," he said at the Azerbaijani-Israeli Innovation Forum in Baku on February 13.

"Israeli companies can share their advanced technologies and experience with us.”
