PM Pashinyan: Armenia's "Crossroads of Peace" project seeks to develop regional communications
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said that his government had drawn up the “Crossroads of Peace” project for the development of communications between Armenia, Türkiye, Azerbaijan and Iran.
"Our government has developed and is presenting the Crossroads of the World project, the key meaning of which is the development of communications between Armenia, Türkiye, Azerbaijan and Iran," he said at the Silk Road International Conference in Tbilisi, Caliber.Az reports, citing Armenian media.
"The roads and railways passing through the south and north of Armenia have not been functioning for 30 years, and many highways connecting east and west have not been functioning either. These communicators can become effective communications connecting the Caspian Sea with the Mediterranean and the Persian Gulf with the Black Sea," Pashinyan said.
