Russia extradites four internationally wanted persons to Azerbaijan

Russia has extradited four internationally wanted individuals to Azerbaijan, in response to requests from the Azerbaijani authorities.

According to Caliber.Az, citing the press service of the Prosecutor-General’s Office, the Russian Prosecutor-General's Office approved Azerbaijan’s extradition requests for citizens Bolayev Farid, Khalilov Samandar, Babayev Panah, and Mashadiyev Ilham. These individuals were sought for various crimes committed on Azerbaijani soil.

All four suspects were detained in Russia and were transferred to Azerbaijan on August 23 under a special convoy organized by the Penitentiary Service of the Justice Ministry, the report confirms.
