Türkiye unveils military innovation - KAGEM kamikaze drone PHOTO

The Turkish defence company Baykar has presented the kamikaze drone KAGEM at the international defence exhibition IDEX 2023.

KAGEM is a "kamikaze drone" that is launched from the Bayraktar AKINCI or Bayraktar TB2 UAV, Caliber.Az reports, citing SavunmaSanayiST.com.

KAGEM has a fragmentation warhead of about 10 kilogrammes. The range of KAGEM is estimated at 50-60 kilometres.

BAYKAR developed its own kamikaze unmanned aerial vehicle called KAGEM. Also, work is probably underway to create a longer-range kamikaze UAV.
