"Unlike Armenia, Azerbaijan has clear plans" Human rights defender refers to the Munich meeting
Human rights activist Vardan Harutyunyan expresses uncertainty about the Munich meeting, attributing Armenia's unpredictability to a lack of a clear post-2020 war plan, while noting Azerbaijan's distinct unpredictability rooted in a well-defined vision and a readiness to reject external pressures for its goals.
"As for the Munich meeting, in general, all meetings are positive. Perhaps everything is positive, but it is difficult to predict what will be born out of positivity, and it is very difficult,” Caliber.Az quotes Harutyunyan as saying in his interview with Armenian media.
"Because both Armenian and Azerbaijani sides are unpredictable, but Azerbaijan's unpredictability is a little different from Armenia's unpredictability. Armenia's unpredictability is due to the lack of a plan. We don't have a clearly developed plan, clearly developed steps and sequence of steps towards the goal. This is evidenced by the whole process after the 2020 war. We work everywhere, one day on one Western field, another day on the Russian field, sometimes on two fields at the same time, and sometimes we reject both. To put it more precisely, one day we take one side, the next day we take the other. We have no idea what our next move will be.
However, Azerbaijan has a clearly developed plan, its vision of the future of the world and its achievements, and on the way to this they are ready to reject even the most serious forces. This is what distinguishes our independent views," the human rights defender said.
