Western Azerbaijan Community demands UN to take action against Armenian nationalist Paylan Over slanderous article
The Western Azerbaijan Community has issued a strong statement condemning recent anti-Azerbaijani attacks carried out by well-known organizations under the guise of “human rights protection.”
As COP29 approaches, Freedom House, Human Rights Watch and similar organizations closely linked to the Armenian lobby used to at least try to hide their pro-Armenian motives, but now they demonstrate their pro-Armenian stance openly, Caliber.Az reports, citing the statement.
“Employees of these organizations of Armenian origin are already speaking with attacks on Azerbaijan. In addition, these organizations support the slander of Armenian activists with racist views. The latest example is Freedom House's support of a slanderous article by Armenian nationalist Sheila Paylan published in Newsweek,” the community said.
The community strongly condemns the attacks on Azerbaijan and calls on the UN Office on Drugs and Crime, where Paylan works, to take appropriate action against her.
