Azerbaijani, Italian naval commanders discuss issues of mutual interest

Commander of the Azerbaijani Navy Vice-Admiral Subkhan Bekirov, who is on a visit to Italy, met with Commander of the Italian Navy, Admiral Enrico Credendino on June 6.
Azerbaijani Defence Ministry told Report that Vice-Admiral Subkhan Bekirov conveyed greetings from Azerbaijani Defence Minister Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov to his Italian counterpart and expressed gratitude for the invitation to the 8th International Exhibition Seafuture 2023.
During the meeting a detailed exchange of views on the prospects of cooperation between the navies of Azerbaijan and Italy in the military, military-educational and other fields, as well as on a number of issues of mutual interest took place.
