Armenian FM to skip meeting of CIS Foreign Ministers Council in Kyrgyzstan

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will not take part in a meeting of the CIS Foreign Ministers Council in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, Spokesperson for the Foreign Ministry Ani Badalyan has said.

“Yerevan officials notified the CIS Executive Committee in a written form on October 4 that the deputy foreign minister would participate in the event,” Badalyan told Public TV, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Armenian media.

Earlier, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said in an interview with RBC that he hopes a trilateral meeting of the Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers will be held on the sidelines of the event in Bishkek.
