Armenian foreign minister calls Türkiye visit "landmark" event
Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan has described Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s recent visit to Türkiye as a “landmark” event, underscoring Yerevan’s commitment to fostering dialogue and peace in the region.
“Accompanied PM Nikol Pashinyan during his landmark visit to Türkiye in such an important juncture. Dialogue, normalization of relations, and promoting peace in the region, in our immediate neighborhood is key in Armenia’s foreign policy,” he wrote on X, Caliber.Az reports.

A reminder that a high-level meeting between Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan commenced on June 20 in Istanbul.
Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan, and Parliament Vice Speaker Ruben Rubinyan, who also serves as Armenia’s special envoy in the process of normalising ties with Türkiye, were part of the Armenian delegation.
