ASAN Service’s mobile bus to render public services to Azerbaijani citizens in Türkiye during TEKNOFEST

The ASAN mobile service bus will operate to provide public services to Azerbaijanis living in Türkiye.

The State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations State Agency under the President of Azerbaijan made the announcement, Report informs.

The mobile service “ASAN xidmət” (“Səyar ASAN”), which will provide services outside the country for the first time, was organized by the State Agency with the support of the State Committee for Diaspora Affairs and with the financial partnership of the International Bank of Azerbaijan.

Citizens will be provided with the following mobile services:

Issuance and replacement of identity cards;

Issuance and replacement of civil passports;

Replacement of driver's license;

Issuance of criminal records.

Service of State Registration of Acts of Civil Status, etc.

To use the services that will be provided from August 30 to September 4 from 10:00 to 18:00, citizens of Azerbaijan must register in order to have the right to access the Teknofest venue at the link: https://www.t3kys.com /tr/teknofest/visitor/apply/.

At the same time, Azerbaijani citizens residing in Türkiye, by clicking on the link https://seyyarasan.e-gov.az/, can apply in advance by providing their personal data (identity card data, mobile phone number and email address) and the service they want to receive.
