Azerbaijan, Estonia seek closer cooperation

Deputy Economy Minister of Azerbaijan Sahib Mammadov met with Speaker of the Estonian Parliament Yuri Ratas.

The Deputy Minister emphasized the role of mutual official visits and meetings in the development of cooperation, noting the ongoing work to improve the legal framework for expanding relations, according to Report referring to the Ministry of Economy.

The importance of developing economic and trade relations with Estonia was noted. The Deputy Minister brought to the attention of the guests that more than 30 Estonian companies operate in Azerbaijan in various sectors of the economy.

Sahib Mammadov spoke about the favourable business and investment climate created in our country and invited Estonian businessmen to active cooperation.

Issues of promoting new business initiatives and investments, expanding ties between business circles, were discussed at the meeting.
