Azerbaijan, Israel mull bilateral ties and regional engagement

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met Israeli Foreign Ministry's Policy Director Aliza Bin-Noun.

The meeting discussed various aspects of bilateral and multilateral relations, including cooperation in the spheres of economy, security, high technologies, etc.

Bayramov informed the opposite side in detail about the current situation in the region in the post-conflict period.

The sides also exchanged views on international and regional issues of wide concern.

Within the framework of the Israeli delegation's visit to Azerbaijan, a regular round of political consultations was held between the Azerbaijani and Israeli Foreign Ministries.

The Azerbaijani delegation was headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Fariz Rzayev, while the Israeli delegation was headed by Aliza Bin Noun.
