Azerbaijan, Luxembourg mull prospects for bilateral relations

Azerbaijani Ambassador to Belgium and Luxembourg Vagif Sadigov has met with the new Speaker of Parliament Claude Weisler, who took this post following the parliamentary elections in Luxembourg in October this year.

The Ambassador congratulated Claude Weisler on his election and spoke about relations between Azerbaijan and Luxembourg, as well as cooperation between the European Union and Azerbaijan, Azertag reports.

Claude Weisler said he recalled with satisfaction his visit to Azerbaijan as Minister of Transport.

The Speaker of the Luxembourg Parliament and the Azerbaijani Ambassador exchanged views on the prospects of further development of bilateral cooperation and discussed possibilities of expanding political, economic and inter-parliamentary relations between the two countries.
