Azerbaijan provides Fuzuli residents with equipment for first time PHOTO
Large-scale measures are being taken to employ residents living in the Azerbaijani territories liberated from occupation.
The Public Employment Agency under the Azerbaijani Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population attracted a group of Fuzuli residents to a self-employment programme in the production and service sector and provided them with the necessary equipment, the ministry's PR department told Azertac.
Proceeding from the requests, citizens have been provided with equipment in women's beauty salons, men's barbershops and small sewing studios.
The number of farms created for citizens who return to their native lands as part of the “Great Return” programme has increased to 28.
In total, as a result of measures, more than 1,000 citizens were employed as part of the “Great Return” programme. They were provided with jobs upon relevant vacancies. These citizens are included in self-employment programmes and attend vocational training courses.
