"Azerbaijan ready to provide Karabakh Armenians with everything they need" Georgian journalist talks to Armenian news agency
Azerbaijani authorities are ready to provide Karabakh Armenians with food at any time and in full.
Gela Vasadze, editor-in-chief of "Black Sea" news agency, made the remarks talking to the Armenian channel "1in.am", Caliber.Az reports.
During the interview with the Armenian channel, Gela Vasadze answered several questions from the host about the media forum organised in Shusha.
"The forum was attended by the heads of leading European, Asian, and African media associations. People who define the image of modern media. Of course, it was very interesting. The main topics did not concern politics at all, they talked about journalistic standards, what news is, and the role of new media. As a non-journalist by profession, all this was very interesting to me. By the way, I have repeatedly said that it is a pity that there are no representatives of the Armenian media, and I hope that they will definitely be at the next conferences, which will mean that peace has come between Armenia and Azerbaijan," Vasadze said.
When asked by an Armenian journalist whether anyone had spoken about the "situation in Karabakh", Vasadze replied that he had questions for the Azerbaijani side, and the answers he received satisfied him.
"The Azerbaijani authorities are ready to provide the population of Karabakh with food and everything necessary at any time and in full. And if everyone agrees that Karabakh is Azerbaijan, then what is the problem, besides the problem of surrendering the actual authorities of Karabakh? Here is the answer to your question," Vasadze said.
