Azerbaijan’s deputy foreign minister visits Bahrain PHOTO

Azerbaijan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Yalchin Rafiyev visited the Kingdom of Bahrain on December 11.

As part of the visit, Rafiyev met with Undersecretary for International Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bahrain Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the ministry told APA.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the current level of and prospects for development of Azerbaijan-Bahrain relations. They hailed the high level of political relations between the two friendly countries and expressed interest in developing cooperation in other spheres.

The sides pointed out the importance of high-level reciprocal visits between Azerbaijan and Bahrain, and underlined the significance of improving the legal framework.
