Azerbaijani foreign minister engages in series of high-level talks on sidelines of OSCE council Photo
Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jeyhun Bayramov, held a series of diplomatic meetings on the sidelines of the 32nd OSCE Ministerial Council in Vienna, focusing on security cooperation and regional developments.
Bayramov met with NATO Deputy Secretary General Radmila Šekerinska to discuss a broad range of issues, including defence cooperation, energy security, protection of critical infrastructure, education, and other key elements of the Azerbaijan–NATO partnership, Caliber.Az reports via the Foreign Ministry.

The two also exchanged views on regional and international security challenges.
In a separate meeting, Bayramov conferred with Norwegian Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide. The ministers assessed the current state of bilateral relations and explored opportunities to deepen political dialogue and cooperation between Azerbaijan and Norway.

Bayramov also briefed his Norwegian counterpart on the evolving regional dynamics in the South Caucasus.
Both meetings took place as part of Azerbaijan’s broader diplomatic engagement during the OSCE gathering in Vienna.
