Azerbaijani premier on vital role of joint projects with Türkiye in regional development
Projects jointly implemented by Azerbaijan and Türkiye under the framework of friendship and brotherhood relations have played a pivotal role in regional development and establishing an energy and communication corridor linking Europe and Asia.
Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov made these remarks during the Turkish-Azerbaijani business forum held in Ankara, Report’s Ankara bureau informs.
The prime minister highlighted the significance of projects such as the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan, Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum, TANAP, and Baku-Tbilisi-Kars (BTK) pipelines as some of the most successful joint endeavors between Azerbaijan and Türkiye.
"Billions of dollars have been mutually invested in these bilateral projects," Ali Asadov noted. "Today, we maintain a long-term and strategic approach to our relations. The governments of Azerbaijan and Türkiye are fully committed to joint activities and cooperation across all spheres."
