Azerbaijani serviceman gets certificate of honour in China PHOTO

Azerbaijani Lt. Col. Elhan Farzaliyev has taken part in the event entitled “International Seminar on Chinese Path to Modernisation” in China.

Farzaliyev was invited to the event for excellence in social activity at the international academy where he is studying, the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry told Caliber.Az.

He delivered a speech on the Azerbaijan-China relations and unmanned aerial vehicles. Farzaliyev’s speech was highly appreciated at the event and was awarded a certificate of honour. Some 55 students from 36 countries also attended the event.
