Baku to host 15th session of Azerbaijan–Belarus Intergovernmental Commission
The 15th session of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Belarus will convene in Baku on October 28.
The meeting will be co-chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Samir Sharifov on behalf of Azerbaijan and Deputy Prime Minister Natalia Petkevitch on behalf of Belarus, Caliber.Az reports per local media.
The agenda of the session includes a review of the progress achieved in implementing the Roadmap for Bilateral Cooperation for 2024–2025, as well as discussions on expanding collaboration through joint projects across a wide range of sectors, including industry, agriculture, mechanical engineering, urban development, pharmaceuticals, vocational education, transport and logistics, trade, and investment.
On October 29, the delegation, headed by the co-chairs of the commission, will travel to Fuzuli and Aghdam districts, where they will examine several ongoing and prospective projects.
