Baku, Washington hold talks on Zangezur Corridor cooperation

Azerbaijan’s Minister of Digital Development and Transport, Rashad Nabiyev, has met with the United States’ Chargé d’Affaires, Amy Carlon, and Jonathan Asconas, Senior Advisor at the US State Department’s Office of Political Planning, to discuss bilateral cooperation on transport and infrastructure. 

According to Caliber.Az, Nabiyev shared details of the meeting on Facebook, saying that Azerbaijan had briefed the US officials on developments along the Middle Corridor.

Discussions also covered potential collaboration on the Zangezur Corridor.

The officials exchanged views on further partnership in areas including cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, highlighting the growing scope of Azerbaijan-US cooperation.
