British ambassador expresses condolences over death of Azerbaijanis in mine explosion

British Ambassador to Azerbaijan Fergus Old has expressed his condolences in connection with the death of three Azerbaijanis in a mine explosion in the Terter region.

“I am very saddened by the news of the death of three people as a result of an explosion of an anti-tank mine in the Terter region. I express my condolences to the relatives of the victims,” the ambassador wrote on Twitter, Caliber.Az informs.

On April 28, as a result of an explosion of an anti-tank mine in the Terter region, employees of the RPS Energy Ltd company Sakhavat Gozalov, Nadir Yusifov, and Farid Sadiev were killed.

A criminal case was launched into the incident in the Terter district prosecutor's office under the relevant article of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
