Defence chief inspects Azerbaijani army's combat readiness in liberated lands PHOTO/VIDEO
Azerbaijani Defence Minister Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov and the ministry's top brass inspected the service and combat activities of military units stationed in the liberated territories.
Hasanov arrived at the combat positions and heard reports on the operational situation, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Defence Ministry.
It was noted that in positions equipped with modern technical equipment, all actions of the opposite side are continuously monitored.
Having met with the personnel, the minister highly appreciated the morale and moral and psychological training of the servicemen. He familiarized himself with the servicemen's problems and concerns.
He set specific tasks for the command on high-quality organisation and conduct of combat duty, increasing the vigilance of personnel.
Then the accompanying senior military officials visited the military unit and got acquainted with the conditions created there. It was noted that thanks to the attention and care of Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev all the necessary infrastructure has been created there to maintain the combat capability of military units at a high level.
Finally, the defense minister issued instructions on maintaining a high level of combat readiness and further improving servicemen's social and living conditions.
