Georgia sharply increases export of cars to Azerbaijan

The Georgian National Statistics Office has announced that Georgia exported 21,211 cars worth $408.99 million to Azerbaijan in January-November 2023.

Car export to Azerbaijan increased year-on-year by 51.2 per cent or $138.66 million in value terms, while in quantitative terms the export decreased by 23.4 per cent or by 6,489 vehicles, APA reports citing the Georgian National Statistics Office.

Georgia exported 27,700 cars worth $270.33 million to Azerbaijan over eleven months of 2022.

According to the statistics, Georgia exported cars worth $1,946.94 billion until November 2023, which is more than 2.5 times in annual terms.
