Investments in Azerbaijan's economy rise

Azerbaijan State Statistics Committee has said that in January-November 2023, AZN 15,725.9 million or 16.5 per cent more funds were channeled to the fixed capital of Azerbaijan than in the same period last year.

According to the Committee over the past year investments in the oil and gas sector increased by 24.7 per cent, while in the non-oil and gas sector by 12.5 per cent, Report informs.

AZN 9,422.3 million or 59.9 per cent of the used funds were channeled to the production sector, AZN 5,498.6 million or 35 per cent to the service sector, and AZN 805 million or 5.1 per cent to the construction of residential houses.
